I recently had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Porto Alegre. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and considerate. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. Additionally, the location was perfect. The hotel was very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. I was very impressed with this hotel.

The noise level was unbearable both nights. The walls were so thin that we could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable. Another downside was the cleanliness, the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Unfortunately, this made for a disappointing and uncomfortable weekend.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto Alegre and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location was fantastic as it was just a short walk away from the Public Market and Farroupilha Park. This made it really convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and considerate. They went out of their way to order us a pizza when we arrived late and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was amazing. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything was delicious.

No complaints, everything was great!

Located in the heart of the city, it is very convenient to catch the bus from here. Just down the street you can find a lovely restaurant. Although it gets quiet after business hours, the area is bustling during the day.

The location is not very safe at night and can be unnerving to walk around after dark.
